Sneak Peak

One Tree Hill Season Seven

I just visited TV.Com for some updates and I came across an article saying that the CW will announce the departure of One Tree Hill stars Hilary Burton and Chad Michael Murray. It says there that an official announcement is expected at next week's CW upfront presentation. And with both characters' departures, EW says a new crop of characters will take Lucas and Peyton's place: an older sister for Haley, a model who becomes the face of Brooke's fashion line, and a sports agent whose client is Nathan. That's just so crappy of the CW. I feel sorry for the characters. I was really looking forward to more of Peyton's music and Lucas being a writer. Whatever. I'm now listening to a playlist I created that composed of songs that I discovered on the show. The playlist is like the mourning to Peyton and Lucas. Damn. I still can't imagine the show without the two of them. Before I forget, check this out. Hilary Burton made this blog with some people and I've got to say, I think she's really a cool person. I don't know if it's because of Peyton in her shadow but it feels great to see her somewhere else other than Tree Hill.

One Tree Hill Season 7 Peyton-less?

As I have read, Hilary Burton(Peyton) would not be returning for Season 7. I went to YouTube and found this video:

Here's the link, just in case:

I also went to OTHFans.com and it's confirmed there. I have to admit, even though I had been waiting for Peyton to be gone so that Brooke and Lucas would have another chance, I felt kinda sad. I'm currently listening to the songs that she, sort of, listens to. I don't know why but I guess that those songs remind me of her. And you know what, I just realized that she influenced me in my love for music. You know, those bands and songs that are not necessarily popular but those kind of songs that has deep meaning in them and those which would just make you feel alive. Hahaha. I'm sorry. I can't believe that I really like Peyton. I'd always been on Team Brooke but I guess hearing the news of Peyton leaving the show made me realize how amazing Peyton is.

She had an amazing story, from a self-centered cheerleader to a passionate music lover. But I still hate her for being with Lucas. Hahaha. I mean, it should be Brooke but, hey, she's going to leave the show, right? Might as well let it be. I don't know how would she leave. the show but there are speculations that it's gonna be because of the cancer. If she delivers the baby, she's gonna die. But the thing that really bugs me is that Chad Michael Murray(Lucas) hasn't signed the contract yet either. From what I've heard, he likes to pursue movie careers instead. WTF? It's One Tree Hill! How could he leave the show? How about Brooke? It's a shame because I really look up to Lucas. He's sort of the person I want to be but then he's leaving the show. I can't imagine the show without Peyton and Lucas. Where's the story line going to concentrate? Brooke, Nathan and Haley? I love them but without Peyton and Lucas, together or seperately, it's a huge change. I also heard that maybe the Lucas and Peyton love story is always tragic and it might follow the Romeo and Juliet story line. Even though I don't like the sound of that, it makes sense. I mean, Lucas would go insane if Peyton dies. Nevertheless, still hoping for a good Season 7. Please, Mark, come up with something amazing like you always do, okay?

Meanwhile, it's Haley's first day as a teacher. She's pretty nervous and excited. Unfortunately a disrespectful student named Quentin, verbally harasses her so much that she just couldn't take it anymore. She runs out in tears and Principal Turner had to fill in for her. Jamie wants his Daddy to see him race but Nathan tells Haley that he doesn't want anyone to see him like this. Haley tells him that Daddy doesn't feel well. When it comes time for the race, Jamie remembers about the mannequin's head and becomes scared: He doesn't want to race anymore. He tells Brooke that he's taking a stand. As soon as Haley comes back home, she is pretty upset. Haley has been battling with her husband for months in order to help him get out of his self wallowing pity self and she doesn't how long she can put up with Nate's destructive attitude. He has to change or else he will have nothing anymore.

Peyton and Brooke meet Lindsey at Tric. Peyton tells Brooke she did want to not like Lindsey but it turns out Lindsey is a great girl and Peyton can't help but admit it. Later, Lucas asks Peyton why she didn't show up Lucas' book signing day - when the two of them were supposed to meet. Peyton looks at Lucas and tells him they were not meant to be. Ouch! He starts get going but Goldilocks stops him and admits she did show up the signing day. And when she saw him and Lindsey together, she thought the two of them, were an item. "Which clearly you are". That night, Lucas thought Peyton didn't show up and... he and Lindsey had their first date. Anyway, enough about Lindsey. Peyton asks Lucas if he remembers when he submitted her artwork without telling her. Does he remember what he said that night when he first entered the gym? "It's like you touched my soul and a few days ago I was ready to quit again but you saved me with the words you wrote about me in your novel. So if your struggling writing the next one you should know that your art matters, Lucas. It's what got me here."

Haley enters the room and tells her students they had better listen to her if they don't want to fail the course. Quentin walks toward the door. Haley claims: "The rest of your life is being shaped right now with the dreams you chase, the choices you make and the person you decide to be. The rest of your life is a long time and the rest of your life starts right now."
In the meantime, Nathan rolls himself into the swimming pool and says, "I'm Nathan Scott; I have too much to lose." Nathan wakes up Jamie up and takes him to the race tracks.Nate tells his son there is nothing wrong about being afraid but one has to face fear. Jamie asks Nate if he is afraid. Nate says sometimes. And so is he, claims Jamie. Nathan says to his son: "Well, we'll do this together". And then, it's soap box race time!

After writing his first novel, Lucas Scott can't seem to find a way to write the second one, much to his editor's dismay. His editor, Lindsey, who is also his girlfriend. Besides, Lucas and Skills were asked to coach the Ravens six months ago. And they accepted. Even though it has been a long time since the new team won.
